In the charcuterie department at La Grande Epicerie, our team of professionals offers you a whole array of a hundred or more products, ranging from white sausage, black pudding, cabbages and grapes, to truffles (in season), cooked, raw and smoked ham, beef (pastrami, dried meat), Holstein beef, foie gras, pâtés and terrines, rillettes (goose, rillettes du Mans), pure pork dried sausage of all kinds, truffles (in season) and so on. You will also find a self-service fridge offering you tasty ready-made trays of fine charcuterie.
